I find managing a team very rewarding. Investing in recruiting the right people, and building a diverse team with the skills needed for each role; to then see the team and individuals thrive is very rewarding and uplifting. the company have enabled me as a manager to develop my management skills to empower my team to drive forward and deliver with minimal support. And in the company's continuously changing environment, the team has to stay fluid and flexible to take on new and different work.
