Hi
I would take a wider view when deciding on a career and company to work for. There are many benefits to working here and there are many opportunities within each department and office. I would advise making your CV as clear as possible and reflect why you are suitable for a role.
Then consider asking these questions in the interview process e.g. what are the manager's expectations for coming into a physical office; how do team members work remotely and still engage with each other and learn new skills.
You will likely find the role and working conditions are flexible enough to accommodate your requirements, or they may propose other available roles which are more suited.
Hope this helps!
