Thank you for your question. My team play a key role in supporting a number of other teams to complete numerous important pieces of work. We look ahead at the work that's coming down the track, share this with the teams so they are aware of what's required of them and when, and we are there to provide support and guidance. In some cases we also build the tools and implement the processes for teams to complete these particular tasks. The biggest challenges we face are firstly with our stakeholders, given there are so many of them, and secondly with communication, as we are in contact with a large number of stakeholders on a regular basis. Our stakeholders are required to deliver a large volume of work, often to deadlines, so it's important we are in regular contact with them to ensure these pieces of work are on track to be delivered. This can be a challenge, especially when we all work in different locations, and often remotely. The Group supports us by providing high quality means of communication through the use of Microsoft 365 and Teams, and the ability to document share via One Drive, making it easier than ever to meet virtually and to work on and share documentation with colleagues.
