There are many rewarding aspects of working here. It's a very inclusive workplace, it’s very customer focused, there are a large variety of roles available across the business meaning career progression is very achievable, the compensation package is very competitive and flexible working is embraced. This is not an exhaustive list but gives you a flavour.

From my personal perspective, I find two things particularly rewarding about working here. Firstly, the fact it’s very possible to build a career here, and progress in any number of directions, as evidenced by the fact I have worked in three roles, each in a different area of the business, during my time here. Secondly, I find working with good people very rewarding, and in every area of the business I have worked in I have found the people to be very supportive and accommodating.
