Hi Noah, I joined the company 19.5 years ago and it exceeded my expectations with its competitive actuarial study support scheme and also rewarding pay rises on passing the actuarial exams. Since then the company has changed a lot and had to respond to a multi-site operation coinciding with a post covid world. We now have the tools to work from home better and communicate with each other remotely a lot easier. There's a lot more policies which look after the employee more like compassionate leave, emergency leave, shared paternity leave as well as carers leave among others.
