I manage my workload by being very organised, prioritising work by their deadlines, blocking out time in my diary to ensure i allocate time to complete the various tasks i undertake, and setting multiple reminders in my diary that ensure i remain on top of all the tasks i undertake in my role and any commitments i have made that i need to deliver. Flexible working is embraced here, which is really beneficial given it allows you to have some flexibility around the structure of your working day and how you manage your workload.
