It has to be the friendships and support. Colleagues genuinely care about you both inside and outside of work. Whether its to help out with an urgent project or check in with something that is going on at home I can always rely on my colleagues!

Hi, our values can be found on our website here: https://www.thephoenixgroup.com/about-us/our-values/ and are Responsibility, Passion, Growth, Courage and Difference. We use these values in our recruitment and selection approach, 121 discussions, mid and end of year reviews and performance management processes amongst others.

Personally the values I appreciate most amongst colleagues are very aligned to these values and it was important to me when finding a new employer a few years back to ensure this was in alignment. I also believe that open and honest communication and a mutual respect are key for success.
