We have a flexible working environment where you can work hybrid. So you can work from home some of your working week if the work allows and be in the office when required. The offices are very spacious and set up for success. We have meeting rooms to allow collaboration when required and some smaller rooms when you require a quiet space for meetings or 1-1's. We have designated areas where you and your colleagues are based so when going into the office you have colleagues who you can catch up with and discuss work. There are small kitchens within the office space to grab a drink and store you lunch if required. There are catering facilities on site and there is also microwaves to heat up your food brought from home. We also provide showers and changing facilities for those who wish to exercise during their lunch or for those who choose to run or cycle to work. Overall I feel all our offices offer everything you need in a working environment.
Most people currently work in a hybrid way, so working from home some days and in the office others. I work a 4 day week, so I tend to go into the office 2 days a week. There are always lots of people in the office. We have a desk booking system so you always know you have a seat and you can also see who else is in if you wish to catch up or sit beside people on your project.
The office is spacious and bright. There are some rooms you can book to have face to face meetings and smaller rooms/booths to have 1-1's. I am based in our Edinburgh office and we have a small kitchen on each floor. Tea and coffee machines are available and a fridge to keep food and drinks cold. There is also a coffee bar, shop and restaurant on the ground floor and we are close to lots of options outside.
The office also provides showers and lockers should you wish to run or cycle to work. Or some people run or do other exercise during their lunch break.
Overall the environment is great and I personally enjoy coming into the office to meet people face to face.
