Every colleague is encouraged to develop their skills, whether to help them in their own role or to progress to a different role. Time is allocated by the company each week and colleagues are encouraged to make the most of it. Professional qualifications are supported with some being fully funded with the caveat that you continue working here for 12 months after completion.

There are opportunities to meet people from other parts of the business and find out what the teams do. Secondment opportunities are available and there are various initiatives that you can link in with to spend just a couple of weeks with another team to see what they do and whether you would like to expand your career in that direction.

Along with professional development, volunteering and fund raising opportunities are positively encouraged. Anything from abseiling to cycling from London to Paris has been available for colleagues to try in the last 12 months, giving you the opportunity to do something different while benefiting a worthwhile charity.
