A typical day does not exist when you're in a Customer Services Leadership role within the company. The first, and most important part of the role is knowing and understanding your team, their needs and their working style; keeping dialogues open are important to keep tabs on each individuals wellbeing and ability to work. Beyond this, the role extends into various activities such as exciting new projects, setting up training for your team, monitoring the work queues to keep it moving and answering/arranging calls with people for adhoc questions. There will be general check in points throughout the day to monitor the progress and wellbeing; 09:00 sets out the plan for the day and 14:00 check in is important in helping refocus in the afternoon after tackling issues that may have occurred in the morning.
