Having worked in the industry for many years I feel there is an incredibly strong sense of purpose within the company in helping people secure a life of possibilities. With over 13 million customers it is not just what we do but how we do it which is critical to future success, and I like the way the values support this. In particular the organisation embraces growth as one of its values, and even in the latter stages of my career I still feel like I continue to grow in terms of knowledge and opportunities I'm exposed to. But what I particularly like and find unique is I can readily see how what I do is in some way contributing to that headline purpose.
