The ability to give and receive constructive feedback and act on it. To seek help when you need it and stick with it if it's what you want.
I agree here with Alexis, useful feedback is a secret sauce we should all use.
What I would add here is focus on what your enjoy and are good at, it is no fun working on something which you don't enjoy or makes you worried. We will only ever be good at those things, why not focus on being great at what you are good at
The most important quality in my experience is being proactive and to question things. Sitting back and letting the job happen to you never goes well and those that want to and do excel tend to look into the future, admit when they don't understand things to request training and plan for improving regularly. The job and the market is complex and therefore we never expect people to intuitively understand all aspects, but being inquisitive, sceptical and proactive can support your development and success significantly.
