I feel that growth is a value that the company continutally strives to achieve. There are always new innovative ideas being put forward and considered with a view to always doing better, for both company initiatives and the employees.

Good question! In my opinion the compnay values are courage and integrity - having the personal courage (and belief) to be true to ourselves to put our custoemrs and our employees at the heart of everything we do and never shying away from respectfully sharing our thoughts, ideas, concerns and worries. There are other values, but these are the two that shine through mostly brightly for me.
