Barbara F. asked a question to Josh R.
A method/tool that has been effective in the group from my perspective has been the implementation of a feedback loop management model which incorporates business analysis tools. This has helped us to manage workloads more effectively, gain traction on specific issues (particularly with senior stakeholders) and importantly enable us as managers to deploy resources more effectively at a time where we manage a lot of positive projects alongside our day to day activity. This method works by collecting data from our teams during their day to day activity, monitoring trends and exceptions (with our analysis tools), working through an established cycle of feedback to challenge issues raised and finally giving us reporting data we can then use to drive decision making.
