    Hi,

    Thanks for your question!
    I'd say the biggest challenge has been starting a new role in Finance Change. I've rolled off the Phoenix Business Rotational Programme which lasted for 2 years.
    The reason why this has been the biggest challenge is because there's a lot of financial jargon, technical vocabulary and complex processes which I've never heard off and I'm slowly getting used to. But having said that, the team are very supportive. I can ask endless questions and there is a great supportive network around me.
