The freedom within my role is what I enjoy the most! I am able to approach every step and phase of the project the way that suits me. I build relationships with colleagues along the way and I am able to make decisions. My manager provides me with a great support. She always encourages me to make decisions but where I need help or just some direction, she gets involved.
Here, we are definitely encouraged to be autonomous and tap into various support available within the business in order to deliver on our objectives. I can certainly fee this within my role each day.
