Our policy for anyone who is the partner of a person who has given birth is 26 weeks, including the partner of a primary adopter in an adoption or surrogacy arrangement. I also appreciate that babies don't always follow the timelines we want them to, so if your new arrival joins you before you start a role with us, we can discuss start dates and what works for both you and the business during the recruitment process.
