I would suggest reviewing the current vacancies and look at the skills you can bring to the company what roles would match. Not all roles will look for people to be experts in the role. When applying suggest the strengths you feel you could bring to the role and why you would be a good candidate. Training is always provided when you accept a role with us, so I would say have an open mind and look at the job details to see where you would be a suitable match. Being a chef you understand the need for accuracy and following plans to ensure your provide a quality product. These would be similar traits in the projects space.
