Hi again. The work culture is very positive, collaborative and supportive. The company is very transparent with employees and we listen to employee's ideas and feedback. Very positive environment to work in. Is there anything specific you would like to know?

Hi Shobhika, completely agree with Galina's answer. To add to this, we have a number of benefits that aim to support employee wellbeing which can be really useful during periods of change and can even extend to your immediate family. We have monthly surveys that go out to employees so our Leaders can see where any pain points are and look to address them where possible. We also value flexibility and recently brought in our Phoenix Flex policy which encourages the business to explore and try to accommodate, where possible, flexible working opportunities
