The culture here is definitely one of progress. As a business it is very ambitious in it's scale and operation. As an employer it seems to be working hard to be inclusive and transparent with a number of dedicated forums and action groups to promote diversity and inclusion. The tag line you will see a lot on the website is that they are working to make thsi company the best place you have ever worked. I very much believe that it could be one of those places for people. I do think the precursor to that is, it very well could be, if you are engaged and willing to make that happen for yourself in the business. There are myriad opportunities available here and i think it takes an enthusiastic person to make the most of all that it has to offer.
