Performance is formally documented and and assessed on a half yearly basis here. This involves full documentation on our central hub system to outline how each member of staff has performed in line with their goals/objectives and the values of the business. This is then reviewed by line management and a benchmarking activity takes place to ensure consistency and fairness at both the HY and YE period. Regular catch ups on performance are encouraged and therefore a monthly discussion with line managers is often best practice.

Does the company collect any feedback from employees?

yes, they do! Feedback is really important for our performance reviews and we also find it really important to give people feedback as part of our Culture!

We consider formal and informal feedback and this can be upwards feedback as well - it is encouraged to get feedback regularly and not just use this as a basis for formal performance discussions but to help people develop on a daily basis to succeed
