I've noted that the initial screening is made by humans. Do they apply objective criteria and have checkpoints to eliminate biases around age/names, sex etc? I've never had a positive response through a portal interviews and offers only happen for me when I have gone through a recruitment consultant
Hi there, I am not a HR professional, what I can say on this as a people leader and recruiter is, I personally do the screening of all the applications which come to me. I can confirm with clear conscience when reviewing applications this is based solely on capability and suitability for the role which the applicant has applied for. I hope this is useful.
