JKJeremy K. Project Manager
I joined the company with a background in Programme Office Management. After initially supporting a large programme I applied for and secured a place on a Project Management development programme. This allowed me to undertake a Project Management role delivering projects in the With-Profits part of the business whilst being mentored by an experienced Senior Project Manager. The time on this programme allowed me to gain valuable experience in project delivery in the With-Profits part of the business and from there I progressed to delivering more complex projects within the Life Finance and Actuarial functions.
As my experience grew, I was afforded opportunities to lead larger projects including regulatory change and harmonisation projects. This supported an application for a Senior Project Manager role within the Group Capital and Liquidity Management team where I now support the design, planning and delivery of large scale, complex and high-profile Matching Adjustment Applications.
