I am very interested in the Head of Learning & Leadership role. I have 15+ years of relatable L&D experience, most recently as L&D Director in a Global Pharma Manufacturing. I noticed you also have Manufacturing experience, and are in HR so I wondered if you had good knowledge of the role?
