Hi Manraj, I'll also let my Finance colleagues answer this question but from a recruitment perspective, I see a lot of opportunities across the Group to get involved in some really interesting work - especially when colleagues have fully embedded into the role. Hi Pratik - I previously worked in the Technical & Oversight team but have recently changed roles. Hopefully I can help. The Technical & Oversight team sit within our Financial Reporting area and support those responsible for producing the statutory and regulatory reporting for our life companies, as well as supporting wider colleagues with accounting advice. This includes things like developing the statutory accounts proforma, considering changes to accounting standards. This is one of our standard areas but we also look at determining the accounting treatment for any unusual transactions and supporting on projects so there is an element of being able to get involved in the unexpected which means that no two days will be the same :)
