Hi Genadijs, I would say the best soft skills would be listening skills, problem solving, time management and adaptability. All these skills are key when working with different stakeholders. No 2 days are ever the same and you adapt your softer skirls around the stakeholders and what they expect or the ways they like to work and receive updates.
