The process for recruitment differs slightly for each role. For example if you were applying for a BA role you would be given a structured interview initially and depending on the number of roles available and the candidates being successful in the first interview you may be called back for a second interview. If you were successful the offer would be sent out to you consider. As I do not work within the Data Team I am not sure what process they would follow. Sorry I cannot be of any more help with this one.
