    Tim B. Programme Director

Thanks for the question, I'll share my experience at this company and then more broadly, I hope that will answer the question, if not, please do let me know. In my 2 years here , all the programme leads that I've seen join have been experienced in financial services. In my 25+ years of leading programmes, I've hired capable programme leads irrespective of their industry experience, my belief and my experience is that capable programme leads have a set of transferrable skills that can be applied in multiple sectors. The hurdle that can present itself is that of learning the language/jargon of a different sector, this can be overcome but it does require an enquiring mind and an acceptance that it might feel uncomfortable. Please do let me know if you'd like to discuss further. Thanks, Tim
