Thanks for your question.
The company has a variety of roles for different domains such as: IT, HR, Customer Services, Bid Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Sustainability etc.
It doesn't matter exactly what career background you have, the company really invests in its employees. Whether that's by attaining extra accreditations or career exposure. As long as your committed to the values and you integrate well, you can progress either way. Your civil engineer background will not hinder your ability to obtain a position.
