That's a really good question. Qualities needed for my role include; calmness, drive to deliver, decisiveness, ability to listen, planning and organisation. I'm sure there are more, but they're the ones that spring to mind

I agree great question. Qualities for my role would be analytical, listening skills, planning and organisation skills. The ability to challenge appropriately and most importantly the ability to work as a team to deliver results.
