Hi! Yes we do. We just recently hosted our first ever recruitment event specifically for people who are out of work or are perhaps more experienced and are looking for a career change. We have also just launched a programme called 'Your New Future' which focuses on helping people who might need extra support in getting in to work (e.g as a career change, may have been out of employment for a number of reasons etc). All candidates are guaranteed an interview and successful candidates receive 10 weeks of support to help them settle in to an environment and role that is new to them. This is part of our efforts to support under-represented people and to support the progression and development of talented individuals in our business.
