One of my achievements was being able to become a full-time member of the team I was doing my graduate rotation with. Having worked with this team and my manager on a graduate level and being able to transition the skills I have acquired in that role into my associate position has been a really great experience.

Since joining I have had a number of achievements which I am really proud of, most of all though I would say it has been bringing our customers closer to our decision makers through the practices of User research and insight enablement. I run the user research practice and we have a number of user researchers working directly on the development of new and existing products and propositions which is really exciting as it means input from our customers and non-customers are truly at the heart of the design and development.
