I'm currently on the Asset Management Graduate scheme having started in it September 2024. The rotation is structured as 4 6 month rotations, making the full scheme a year long. I did two back to back rotations within Portfolio Management for my first year and have recently moved into the Real Assets team within Private Markets where we invest in various types of property to match the liabilities we expect to pay out. The graduate scheme has been great so far and I've enjoyed my time - everyone is willing to support your development.
